Compassion at Every Stage of the Journey
Carillon at Belleview Station recognizes that every journey with memory loss is deeply personal. That’s why we provide two specialized levels of cognitive support for those living with or developing signs of Alzheimer’s disease and other forms of dementia, ensuring your loved one receives exactly the care they need, precisely when they need it.
Whether through our transitional Bridge to Belonging program for those with mild cognitive changes or our secure Touchpoints memory care neighborhood, we focus on celebrating each resident’s unique story.
We create a nurturing experience where individual strengths are honored, personal preferences are respected, and life is lived with dignity and joy.
What Is Memory Care?
Navigating a diagnosis of memory loss can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to do it alone. We are here to offer clarity, guidance, and a supportive hand.
At Carillon, our Monarch House neighborhood offers a secure, structured environment with 24-hour support, engaging activities, and a compassionate team trained to navigate the complexities of cognitive decline with empathy and expertise.
Touchpoints: Our Signature Approach
For residents who require a secure and supportive environment, our Monarch House neighborhood features our signature Touchpoints memory care program.

Our approach focuses on five core principles:

Developing individualized safety plans that address specific needs and vulnerabilities.
Empower
Giving residents the freedom to make choices and shape their daily lives.
Affirm
Validating each resident’s feelings and reality, honoring their unique perspective.

Bridge to Belonging
For residents in Independent or Assisted Living who are navigating mild cognitive impairment or early-stage dementia, we offer Bridge to Belonging. This innovative, concierge-level program bridges the gap between traditional assisted living and secure memory care.
Designed for those who benefit from structured engagement but are not yet ready for a secure environment, Bridge to Belonging offers small-group activities seven days a week. Participants can join us from breakfast to dinner or select specific events that spark their interest.
Our program is built on 4 key elements designed to engage the whole person:
Creating a safe space for expression, finding purpose through community, and building meaningful bonds with peers.
Encouraging lifelong learning through new skills, music appreciation, and engaging discussions about the world.
Facilitating stimulating conversations that honor residents’ wisdom, opinions, and life experiences.
Energizing the mind and body through music, dance, and physical activity to promote overall well-being.
